The Return & Exchange Policy

Every Sihëna design is exquisitely handcrafted, made to your specifications and details. All materials are produced with meticulous care and craftsmanship, with a couture finish that is meant to be enjoyed.

Because of the nature of our personalised creations, we can only accept returns in extreme cases such as the item arriving damaged or defective.

Return Conditions

If you believe that your dress was damaged in transit, please contact us at info@sihena.ae within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your package.

Your email must include:

• Your order number,
• Clear pictures and/or videos documenting the problem.
  

After reviewing your request we will notify you whether the return is approved or denied and provide appropriate instructions regarding next steps.

Important Notes

The dress must be unworn, unstretched and without any marks or alterations.

Shipping and customs duties are not refundable under any circumstances at any time.

Refund Form

If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit (voucher) in the amount of the value of the dress.

This voucher is valid for a period of 12 months and can be used towards any new purchase made on our site.

All orders are billed and processed through MADEM LLC-FZ.
