One — Choose your gown. You find the piece online and complete your purchase the way you would any order.
Two — Measure at home. We send you a private link and a short film. It guides you, step by step, in your own room.
Three — Share your measurements. With a soft tape measure, it takes about ten minutes. You send the numbers; nothing more is asked of you.
Four — We cut to you, and deliver. Your gown is cut to your measurements alone and arrives at your door in fourteen to twenty-one days.
It is couture made to measure — drawn for one woman, sewn for one figure, and brought to your door without a single appointment to keep.
Virtual Try-On
Seeing it, before it is yours.
A made-to-measure gown asks you to imagine it before it exists. Our Virtual Try-On answers that — quietly.
We never show who wears a Sihëna gown. You see yourself in it instead. The piece appears on you, on your screen, so the silhouette and the line are yours to read before you decide.
It is a preview, not a fitting. It shows you the gown's shape and feel — not the exact drape of the final cloth. The truth of the fit lives in your measurements, and in the hands that cut to them.
Fit, and the Honest Part
What we promise, and what we don't.
Because each gown is cut only for you, every order is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We say this plainly, before you buy, so there are no surprises later.
What we do promise is this: if a fit error is ever ours, we put it right, quietly and at no cost. That is a remedy for our mistake, not an open exchange — and it is the one we stand behind without exception.
This is why the measurements matter, and why we built the film and the Virtual Try-On to make them right the first time.
Shipping & Customs
To your door, wherever you are.
Shipping is complimentary, worldwide. There is no threshold and no fine print on the delivery itself.
For deliveries outside the UAE, any local customs or duty is set by the destination country, not by us. It is settled directly with the courier on arrival — a figure we cannot quote in advance, because it belongs to your country, not to your order.
The Atelier
A Dubai atelier, crafting made-to-measure occasion couture for women across the Arab world.
The name Sihëna is the Albanian for the moon — a quiet promise that the night turns toward you. The work is the same promise, made in cloth: a gown drawn and cut for one woman, so the evening is hers.
Sihëna is operated by Madem LLC, registered in Dubai.

Your gown is made to your measurements and delivered to your door in 14 to 21 days from when your measurements are confirmed.
